Tracey found her niche in recruitment in 2003 following a relocation and career transition of her own, subsequently founding Pivotal Recruit in 2019 .
Quickly identifying that careers guidance and support was fundamental in providing a successful and the highest quality experience to those job searching and to those searching for Talent she also then tapped into her coaching skills, previously reserved for coaching gymnasts in her spare
time, and used them to help develop other professionals to achieve the best outcomes they could.
As a qualified professional recruiter, certified coach, acredited practictioner in Emotional Intelligence ECR, ECR360 reports and workshops , a certified Facilitator in Action Learning Sets and as a member of the Career Development Institute and The Association for Coaching, Tracey supports individuals and organisations with a whole portfolio of solutions from 1:1 career coaching to Leadership Development programmes through Emotional Intelligence.
