At the heart of the business is Tracey Clay, a coach, consultant, and recruiter with over two decades of experience in people-first roles. After building a successful career in recruitment and leadership, Tracey launched Pivotal in 2019 to offer something different: straight-talking, values-led support that cuts through the noise and gets to the heart of what really makes people and businesses thrive.
WHO AM I?
Tracey is an accredited Executive Coach, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner (RocheMartin), and Action Learning Sets Facilitator with 20+ years in the recruitment and staffing industry as a recruiter, manager, and part of various senior management teams. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors including commercial, industrial and manufacturing, education, legal, and health & social care. She’s known for being warm, honest, commercially savvy, and refreshingly real.
No fluff, no corporate clichés, just high-impact support that works for you and your team. Based in Devon but covering the UK, Tracey balances her work with the joys and realities of family life. She’s a proud mum, grandmother of four, and happily married and it’s her family that keeps her grounded, motivated, and clear on her ‘why’. That same belief in purpose and connection runs through everything Pivotal does.
