Tracey found her niche in recruitment in 2003 following a relocation and career transition of her own, subsequently founding Pivotal Recruit in 2019 which became Pivotal Partnerships in 2024 to reflect what the business is now.
Quickly identifying that careers guidance and support was fundamental in providing a successful and the highest quality experience to those job searching and to those searching for Talent she also then tapped into her coaching skills, previously reserved for coaching gymnasts in her spare
time, and used them to help develop other professionals to achieve the best outcomes they could.
As a qualified professional recruiter, ILM, CfPAC & MOE certified & qualified Executive coach, accredited practictioner in Emotional Intelligence ECR, ECR360 assessments , a certified Facilitator in Action Learning Sets and as a member of the Career Development Institute and The Association for Coaching, Tracey supports individuals and organisations with a whole portfolio of solutions delivering 1:1 , group and team coaching , Leadership Development programmes through Emotional Intelligence., and training workshops either virtually or onsite.
